At Infinite Dimension Care Solutions, LLC, we provide Service Facilitation for individuals receiving Virginia Medicaid waiver services to consumer direct their care. Our role is to help coordinate supports, ensure services align with individual needs and assist families in understanding available resources.

Consumer Directed care in Virginia Medicaid waiver program allows members to be in charge of their own care instead of a home care agency. Consumer Directed Care allows members to Hire their own caregiver, Train and supervise them, set their schedule and duties, and fire them as needed. This is different from agency directed care where they would hire and manage caregivers for you. Consumer Directed services include:

Personal care/personal assistance

Respite Care (Temporary caregiver relief)

Companion services (help with errands, supervision)
